We are trying to understand how mental health providers are receiving information and altering care practices in response to the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 (aka COVID-19) epidemic.
Please take less than 10 minutes to complete this brief online survey. Your responses are confidential but not anonymous; data will be reported in aggregate.There is minimal risk to completing this survey. Completion of this survey implies your consent.
You may participate in this survey if you are an ABPN board-eligible psychiatrists or in an accredited residency training program that will result in board eligibility and practicing in the United States. You will receive another follow-up survey in approximately 6 weeks that we can track responses over time.
